Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All U.S. orders ship free and fully insured, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and military/diplomatic addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Shipping costs for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Transit times vary by destination:
• Contiguous U.S.: 3–5 business days (standard) or 2 business days (express, orders $5,000+)
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands: 3–7 business days (standard) or 2–5 business days (express, orders $5,000+)
• Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands: 5–10 business days (standard) or 3–7 business days (express, orders $5,000+)
• APO/FPO/DPO: 7–21 business days; times vary by destination
• Canada: Calculated at checkout based on selected service
When will my order ship?
In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. If you select expedited shipping, that affects transit time — not how quickly your order is processed.
What carriers do you use?
Orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on destination, order value, and service availability. APO/FPO/DPO addresses ship via USPS only.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All taxes, duties, and applicable fees are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Will I need to sign for my package?
Most shipments require signature confirmation upon delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
Order Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If your order was made in error, contact us within 24 hours at hi@parkfordjewelry.com. A 5% restocking fee applies to cover non-refundable payment processing fees. For full details, see our Terms of Purchase.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on in-stock items within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order, custom, sale items, international orders, and gift cards are final sale. For full details, visit our Return Policy.
Our Materials
What gemstones do you use?
We use only genuine, natural gemstones. Some may be treated to enhance their natural color — we’re happy to share details upon request. Because they’re natural rather than lab-created, each stone has unique variations that make every piece one of a kind.
What metals do you use?
Parkford pieces are crafted in recycled solid 14K gold, 925 sterling silver, or thick 14K gold vermeil. All of our metals are nickel-free.
Our sterling silver is plated in fine silver for added brightness and tarnish resistance, giving it a clean, bright-white finish.
Our vermeil uses a thick layer of 14K gold over sterling silver — at least 2.5 microns, and often more. We use 14K specifically for its warm tone, so vermeil pieces blend seamlessly with solid gold jewelry.

Care & Cleaning
How should I care for my jewelry?
The safest way to clean your jewelry is with mild soap and warm water. Use a soft toothbrush to gently clean the surface, rinse, and dry with a lint-free cloth.
Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches. Avoid lotions, perfume, and chemicals, and remove your jewelry before swimming or showering.
