Shipping

Standard shipping within the domestic US is free.  We ship via UPS 2-day unless otherwise specified. 

Most of our items are made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be delivered.  If you need your order earlier please contact us, we may be able to offer a rush service for a fee.

In stock items ship in 1-2 business days after the order is placed. 

Please note signature confirmation is required for most shipments.

For international shipping (Canada and US Territories) you can select your courier and shipping speed preferences at checkout.  Shipping costs will vary depending on your selection.  For international orders please note that all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence are the customer's responsibility.

ParkFord is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

 

Returns 

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you have any issues with your item please contact us right away and we will do our best to make it right.  Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.  We do not accept returns on international orders, custom items, personalized items, and gift cards.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and packed in the original gift box. 

If you would like to return an item please email us at hi@parkfordjewelry.com to initiate the process. 

Once the returned item is received and verified the refund will be issued back to the same account from which it was paid minus any expedited shipping costs that were selected during the original checkout.  

Please note, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

 

Our Materials

Gemstones

We use only genuine natural gemstones and precious metals in our products.  Natural gemstones may or may not be treated to enhance their natural beauty depending on the stone and we are happy to share this information with you upon request.  Due to the fact that our gemstones are natural and not manmade, each stone will have its own unique characteristics and color making each piece one of a kind.      

Metals

We use recycled, solid 14K Gold in all of our pieces.  If you prefer a higher carat gold or another metal please contact us with your request.

Care and Cleaning

The safest way to clean your ParkFord jewelry is with a soft toothbrush and dish soap in warm water.  Gently brush with soapy water (over a bowl so it doesn't go down the drain!), rinse, and then dry with a soft lint free cloth. 

Store your pieces in their own compartments to keep them from getting scratched by other items. 
Always put your jewelry on last after makeup, lotions, hair products, etc. to protect it from oils and chemicals that may damage the piece. 
And remember to remove your jewelry before swimming and showering!
