SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic (U.S.)
$15 insured USPS Priority on orders under $500 (2–3 business days; longer for remote areas).
Complimentary insured UPS Ground on orders over $500.
Orders over $10,000 ship via insured UPS 2-Day Air for added security.
Shipments to U.S. territories are sent via USPS and may require additional transit time.
In-stock items ship within 2 business days (Mon–Fri).
Most made-to-order pieces ship in approximately 6 weeks, though some may take up to 8 weeks depending on production and customs. If you need your order sooner, please contact us — rush service may be available for an additional fee.
Most shipments require signature confirmation upon delivery.
International (Canada, UK, Australia & New Zealand)
Shipping is available to Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
At checkout, you can select your preferred courier and shipping speed.
Shipping costs vary by service and destination.
Taxes, duties, and VAT are the customer’s responsibility.
Parkford is not responsible for packages held or delayed by international customs. Please check with your country’s customs office for details.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If your order was made in error, contact us within 24 hours. A 5% restocking fee applies to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.

OUR MATERIALS
Gemstones
We use only genuine, natural gemstones. Some may be treated to enhance their natural color, and we’re happy to share details upon request. Because they’re natural—not lab-created—each stone has unique variations that make every piece one of a kind.
Metals
Parkford pieces are crafted in recycled solid 14K gold, 925 sterling silver, or thick 14K gold vermeil — and all of our metals are always nickel-free.
Our sterling silver is plated in fine silver for added brightness and tarnish resistance, giving it a clean, bright-white finish without the steel-gray look of rhodium.
Our vermeil pieces use a thick layer of 14K gold over sterling silver—at least 2.5 microns, and often more. We use 14K specifically for its warm tone, so vermeil pieces blend seamlessly with your solid gold jewelry.
For custom metal or higher karat requests, reach out, and we can discuss options.
CARE AND CLEANING
The safest way to clean your jewelry is with mild soap and warm water. Use a soft toothbrush to gently clean the surface (over a bowl), rinse, and dry with a lint-free cloth.
Store your pieces separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches and slow natural tarnishing.
Avoid lotions, perfume, and chemicals, and remove your jewelry before swimming or showering to preserve the finish.
