Complimentary Shipping

All U.S. orders ship free and fully insured. Shipping costs for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout based on your preferred courier and speed.

Order Processing

In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Selecting an expedited shipping method does not affect processing time — it affects transit time once your order leaves our studio.

Most made-to-order pieces ship in approximately 6 weeks. Some may take up to 8 weeks depending on production. If you need your order sooner, contact us — rush service may be available for an additional fee.

Carriers

Orders may ship via USPS or UPS depending on destination, order value, and service availability. APO/FPO/DPO addresses ship via USPS only.

Domestic U.S. Shipping

All domestic orders ship free and insured. Transit times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.

APO / FPO / DPO (Military & Diplomatic Addresses)

•       Ships via USPS only. Transit: 7–21 business days.

•       Shipping times vary based on destination. Express service is not available for these addresses.

International Shipping (Canada)

Shipping is available to Canada via USPS. At checkout, you can select your preferred service and speed. Shipping costs vary by service and destination.

All taxes, duties, and applicable fees are the customer’s responsibility. Parkford is not responsible for packages held or delayed by customs. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Signature Confirmation

Signature confirmation is required on all orders $500 and over.
