RETURN POLICY
Returns & Warranty
We want you to feel confident trying Parkford. If your piece isn’t the right fit, we accept returns on unworn, in-stock items within 14 days of delivery. We also stand behind our craftsmanship with a one-year warranty on manufacturing defects.
Manufacturing Warranty
We offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects related to construction or craftsmanship. This does not cover normal wear, surface scratches, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care. After one year, repairs may be available depending on the piece and condition and will be quoted individually.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, in-stock items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in fully sellable condition — free of visible scratches, marks, or damage — and returned in their original gift box.
Because silver and vermeil pieces cannot be refinished without full replating, any visible wear or surface damage makes a piece ineligible for return.
The following are final sale and not eligible for return:
• Made-to-order and custom or personalized pieces
• Sale items
• International orders
• Gift cards
Condition
If a return is received that does not meet our condition standards, one of the following will apply:
• A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, or
• The return will be issued as store credit only.
Return Shipping
Parkford will provide a prepaid, insured return label. The cost of shipping and insurance will be deducted from your refund. The exact cost will be shared with you before the label is issued.
Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and approved.
• Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
Email hi@parkfordjewelry.com with your order number to request a return authorization.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If your order was made in error, contact us within 24 hours. For full cancellation terms, see our Terms of Purchase.
