Returns & Warranty

We want you to feel confident trying Parkford. If your piece isn’t the right fit, we accept returns on in-stock items within 14 days of delivery.

We also stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a one-year warranty on manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects related to construction or craftsmanship.
This does not cover normal wear, surface scratches, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care.
After one year, repairs may be available depending on the piece and condition and will be quoted individually.

Return Eligibility

  • Only ready-to-ship, in-stock items are eligible for return.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must meet the Condition of Returned Items requirements below.

  • Items must be returned in their original gift box to protect the piece during transit.

  • Sale items, made-to-order pieces, custom or personalized items, international orders, and gift cards are final sale.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned pieces must be unworn, free of visible scratches, marks, or damage, and in fully sellable condition. 
Because silver and vermeil pieces cannot be refinished without full replating, any visible wear or surface damage on these pieces makes the piece ineligible for resale as new.

If a return is received that does not meet these standards, one of the following will apply based on the condition of the piece:

  • A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, or

  • The return will be issued as store credit only.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We will provide a prepaid, insured return label.

  • The cost of shipping and insurance will be deducted from your refund.

  • The exact cost will be shared with you before the label is issued.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed after the piece is inspected and approved.
